Race Day Wrapup

Congratulations to all the racers who completed the 2024 K2O ! Hurricane Debby did not disappoint. The entire race course for both events was challenged by heavy headwinds and waves we don’t see on these waterways. Yet numerous racers met the challenge and completed the course. Numerous racers elected to withdraw and live to fight another day. That decision had to be disappointing but is well respected. It was a record breaking challenging day. Congratulation to Bob and Jeff as overall winners, and congratulations to all who won their respective categories.

A huge thanks to all the volunteers and support crews for making the day possible. Results are online and photos will be in the web site shortly. Check out facebook for the first batch of photos. Steve Mander’s Facebook also has some great pics and video.

See you next year !
